Arkansas Rural Water Association Board of Directors at their March 8, 2012 quarterly Board meeting recognize the staff of Arkansas Rural Water Association for becoming graduates of the National Rural Water Association “WATER UNIVERSITY”. Presenting each staff member with their plaques was Diana Woodle, 1st Vice-President of ARWA. Diana Woodle is also the first graduate of the “Water University” in the state of Arkansas and is in the ARWA Staff picture.
