Arkansas Rural Water Association host Jasper Schneider, NEW Acting Administrator for the Rural Utilities for the Rural Utilities Service (RUS) and Lawrence McCullough, USDA RD State Director from Arkansas as well as Stephen Lagasse, Community Program Director with USDA/RD from Arkansas. Administrator visited with ARWA staff USDA Circuit Riders & USDA Wastewater Technicians & USDA Energy Technician and other ARWA staff.
They toured the ARWA Training Facility and was very impressed with the facility and equipment and discussed the different programs and work that ARWA field staff perform for water & wastewater systems in Arkansas.
