Benton County Water District 1 Utility Manager Wanted:
Water Utility Manager position available with Benton County Water District #1 located in Avoca, Arkansas.
This position is a full-time, 40 hours per week and the normal work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Benefits: Health Insurance, Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Uniforms, Company Paid Training Opportunities, Matching Retirement program.
Job summary under the general supervision of the Board of Directors, directs and supervise daily operations, repair and up keep of all corporate facilities, works close with the Arkansas Department of Health to ensure compliance with their regulations. The Manager is primarily responsible for daily operations of the corporation. Manager works in a variety of conditions and situations indoors and outdoors in various types of weather, on duty at anytime day or night as required in any emergency conditions will carry a phone subject to call out day or night.
Minimum Qualifications: Physical stamina for associated performance of duty requirements, diploma from high school or equivalent, a valid Arkansas driver license with a good driving record, must hold a current Level 4 Water Distribution License of the State of Arkansas, must hold a current Arkansas Plumbing Inspection License class C. Must have 10 years experience. This is just a summary of the duties and other duties will be required.
Salary will be negotiated according to experience.
