Crittenden County Water District 3 Utility Director Needed:
Water/Wastewater Utility Director position available with Crittenden County Water District #3 located in Marion Arkansas.
License required: Treatment IV, Distribution III, Wastewater III
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Director under the general supervision of the Mayor and City Council, directs and supervise daily operations, repair and up keep of all city water and wastewater facilities, works close with the Arkansas Department of Health and Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality to ensure compliance with their regulations. The Director is primarily responsible for daily operations of the corporation and manages a department of six employees. Director works in a variety of conditions and situations indoors and outdoors in various types of weather, on duty at any time day or night as required in any emergency conditions will carry a phone subject to call out day or night.
Minimum Qualifications: Physical stamina for associated performance of duty requirements, diploma from high school or equivalent, a valid Arkansas driver license with a good driving record, must hold a current Level 3 Water Distribution License of the State of Arkansas, must hold a current Level 3 Wastewater License of the State of Arkansas and a Level 4 Treatment License of the State of Arkansas, must hold a current Arkansas Plumbing Inspection License class C. This is just a summary of the duties and other duties will be required.
Salary will be negotiated according to experience.
