The City of Mountain Home is accepting applications for Manager – Assets & Maintenance, a critical leadership position responsible for protecting, optimizing, and planning the City’s public infrastructure investments. This role leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Public Works asset management program, ensuring that water, wastewater, stormwater, and public works facilities are maintained in a safe, reliable, and financially sustainable manner. The Manager provides strategic oversight of the City’s CMMS, infrastructure condition assessments, risk-based decision-making, preventive maintenance programs, and long-term capital and replacement planning.
