Who are we?
We are a family owned and operated company founded in 1996. MEINCO is a market leader and offers full design, installation, and service pertaining to onsite wastewater systems. We currently have 21 team members, 10 fleet vehicles, various excavation equipment, and thousands of happy customers. Our primary service area is Central Arkansas, and we continue to expand to other parts of Arkansas as our business grows.
Here at MEINCO, we have a highly trained and professional staff including a licensed Professional Soil Classifier, Registered Sanitarian, Designated Representatives (Wastewater System Designers), Installers, Service/Monitoring Providers, and Class I, II, and III Wastewater Operators. MEINCO supports and are proud members of NAWT, NEHA and NOWRA. We attend national training and trade shows to keep abreast of the latest technology and education opportunities. We design, install, and maintain all types of onsite wastewater systems.

Job Requirements
Experience: You must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in a service environment. This
position requires fast-paced learning and the ability to move quickly.
Education: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education a major plus.
Skills: You need to be able to come to work on time, figure out what your team lead needs help with. Learn what your team lead is doing so you can take their job when you are ready.
Job Duties
Team Player: You will be responsible for working with your teammates and support your team lead. Expertise: Be able to use hand tools, measure, time management skills, and critically think. Professional: You will be well groomed, keep your service truck clean, and your work above reproach.
Work ready: You will need a clean driving record, a ready-to-work attitude, can pass a background check, and have no problem handling the physical demands of the job. You also understand that we are an onsite wastewater company, so rolling up your sleeves and getting a little dirty is no problem for you. Perform other duties as assigned.
Successful completion of a pre-employment background and substance screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) search as well continued verifications throughout employment to ensure that all records meet company policy standards.
