After 16 years of dedicated service, Arkansas Rural Water Association Wastewater Trainer/Technician Bruce Anderson has announced he will be retiring on March 31, 2010.

Mr. Ernie Faucett was one of the original founding members of Arkansas Rural Water Association (ARWA) in 1977. He continued to serve on the ARWA Board of Directors until he passed away on Wednesday, April 07, 2010. Ernie served as the National Director from Arkansas on the National Rural Water Association (NRWA) Board of Directors from 1977 – 2007. During his tenure on the NRWA board he served as President of NRWA from 1990-1992. Ernie is the only person to receive the NRWA “Man of Year” award twice from National Rural Water Association for all his leadership and legislative efforts during his tenure on the NRWA board.
